The company was established on 30 July 2008, shortly before the war in Georgia. Prior to its formal registration, the founding team had already built strong professional connections and was actively involved in multiple projects, primarily supporting international efforts in logistical and administrative capacities.


At that time, the company operated under the name TTLC-Georgia, reflecting both its core service areas and geographical focus. TTLC stood for Translation, Transport, Logistics, and Consulting Services, which accurately represented the scope of its activities during the initial phase.


The outbreak of the war significantly altered the company’s operational environment and strategic plans. As a result, ongoing activities were suspended, and the team was forced to place operations on hold for an extended period.


Following the prolonged pause, the company gradually resumed its activities with a broader perspective and a deeper understanding of operational resilience. The experience gained before and during this challenging period shaped a more pragmatic and adaptable approach to business, emphasizing flexibility, risk awareness, and long-term sustainability.


Over time, the company’s focus evolved beyond its original service scope.
