Inside Talorim: A Look at the Group and Its Divisions

One holding company, five divisions, one shared operating backbone. A look at how Talorim is organized, what each division does, and where the group is heading.

Talorim is a holding company built around a simple idea: small and mid-sized businesses grow faster when they share strong foundations. Instead of every venture building its own back office, phone system, CRM and web presence from scratch, Talorim builds these once — properly — and puts them to work across a family of focused divisions.

This article is a tour of the group: how it is structured, what each division does day to day, and the operating principles that tie everything together.

From 2008 to today

The company behind Talorim was first registered in July 2008. Its early plans were cut short by the war in Georgia that summer, and the business was wound down. In 2021 it was relaunched as SVC LLC, initially around language and administrative services. As the work broadened into consulting, real estate, travel and training, the company was rebranded as Talorim in 2025 and reorganized as a holding company with dedicated divisions.

Today Talorim operates from its office at 15 R. Agladze Street in Tbilisi, serving clients across Georgia and abroad.

How the group is organized

Talorim has two layers:

  • The holding company (Talorim LLC) — sets strategy, governance and standards, provides shared infrastructure to the divisions, and delivers its own advisory and entity-management services to external clients.
  • Five business divisions — Talorim Services, Talorim Property, Talorim Travel, Talorim Finance and Talorim PRO. Each is focused on one sector and has its own brand, website and customer base, while drawing on the same shared backbone.

Customers of each division are kept as separate relationships — a client of Talorim Travel is served by Talorim Travel, with its own records and its own point of contact — but all of them benefit from the same standards of service.

One shared operating backbone

What makes the group work is the infrastructure underneath it. Every division runs on the same core systems:

  • Unified communications. A cloud call center connects landline and mobile lines for the whole group, with dedicated numbers for clients in the EU and the US. A single WhatsApp line is routed into the same system, so a message or a call reaches the right team no matter which division it is for.
  • ERPNext as the operating system. CRM, invoicing, contracts, subscriptions and customer communication are run from one ERPNext instance, with a dedicated space and mailbox for each division.
  • Microsoft 365 for work and documents. Every division has its own accounts and document libraries under one organization, so files, email and collaboration follow the same rules everywhere.
  • Consistent web presence. Each division has its own site and domain, built and maintained to a shared standard, with bilingual English/Georgian content.

This shared backbone is also something Talorim offers to its clients — which brings us to the holding company's own services.

What Talorim does directly

Separate from the divisions, Talorim LLC provides two services to organizations:

  • Advisory & Structuring — helping organizations decide how to structure their operations and choosing the right management tools, IT infrastructure and software services to run efficiently from day one.
  • Entity Management — for SMEs whose own teams handle production or operations, Talorim provides the administrative and management layer, so the owner doesn't need to build a full back office.

Building on this, Talorim offers ongoing subscription services — Web Presence Establishment, Communication Setup and Management, and Maintenance Services — available in Basic, Standard and Premium tiers and billed monthly.

Recent projects include an integrated Microsoft Office and ZOHO CRM environment for Gedevanishvili & Co (2022), a 3CX-based call center for New City Development's Likani and Wyndham Borjomi branches (2023), an operating structure for international shipping coordination at K & B Logistics (2025), and web presence and CRM development for inbound tour agency Traffic Travel (2026). More detail is on our What We Do page.

Talorim Services

Talorim Services is the group's administrative support provider. Its main lines are:

  • Language Services — written translation and interpreting. Translation orders follow a structured workflow from intake to delivery, with source and target files filed and tracked for every client.
  • Remote Assistant Services — administrative and virtual assistance for businesses and individuals who need reliable support without a full-time hire.
  • Virtual Office — a professional business presence in Tbilisi for companies that don't need a physical office.
  • Partner Directory — a curated network of partner providers for add-on services that complement Talorim's own.

Talorim Services is also the pilot division for the group's customer portal, where clients will be able to submit requests, upload documents and receive deliverables in one place.

Talorim Property

Talorim Property works in Georgian real estate: sale, rental and property management for apartments, homes, offices and land plots. Its focus is on investment opportunities and higher-value properties, where careful process matters most.

To support transactions end to end, Talorim Property maintains a partner network of transaction services — legal support, valuation and notaries — so clients can complete a deal with trusted professionals at every step.

Talorim Travel

Talorim Travel provides transportation and travel solutions in Georgia, with three main service lines:

  • Inbound tours — signature itineraries including a one-day Kakheti wine tour, a four-day Kakheti and Lagodekhi trip combining wine tasting with hiking to the Lagodekhi National Park waterfalls, a five-day Svaneti journey to Mestia and Ushguli, and a three-to-four-day Stepantsminda trip taking in Zhinvali reservoir, the Gveleti waterfalls, Gergeti Trinity Church and the Juta trails. Tailored tours are built to order with professional guides and drivers.
  • Transfers & booking — airport transfers, chauffeur services and passenger transportation within Georgia and, on request, to neighboring countries.
  • Trip planning — detailed planning and booking for travelers who want everything arranged in advance.

Vehicles are offered in low, mid and high-end tiers, and every vehicle meets a common standard: 2016 or newer, left-hand drive, with vetted professional drivers. Larger groups are served with 7+ seat vans, and buses are available on request.

Talorim PRO

Talorim PRO is the group's training and coaching division, sharing the practical know-how built up across Talorim's services. Its first training went live on October 1, 2026, and the catalogue grows step by step. The planned programs are:

  • Translator/Interpreter Training — Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3
  • Administrative Assistant Training
  • Virtual Assistant Training
  • Real Estate Agent Ethics and Operations Training — Tier 1
  • Real Estate Agent Full Featured Training

Talorim Finance

Talorim Finance is the group's next step. It is planned to offer microfinance and lending, and to develop a payments app. The division is scheduled to launch in Q4 2027.

How we work

A few principles run through everything Talorim does:

  • Build the foundations once, and build them well. Shared systems mean every division starts with professional infrastructure from day one.
  • Structure before tools. Whether for our own divisions or for clients, we map out how an operation should work first, then choose the systems that fit — not the other way around.
  • Clear separation, shared standards. Each division owns its customers and its brand; the group guarantees the quality underneath.
  • Bilingual by default. English and Georgian, so we can serve local clients and international ones equally well.

Looking ahead

Over the coming months, the focus is on completing each division's web presence, launching the customer portal, expanding Talorim PRO's training catalogue and preparing Talorim Finance for launch. We'll share progress here on the News page.
